Who we are

The information we collect

How long we’ll keep your information
We’ll keep your information for as long as you have a relationship with us. After it ends we’ll keep it where we may need it for our legitimate purposes e.g. to help us respond to queries or complaints, or for other reasons e.g. fighting fraud and crime, and responding to requests from regulators.
Transferring your information overseas
Your information may be transferred and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area, including some that may not have laws that provide the same level of protection for personal information. When we do this, we’ll ensure it has an appropriate level of protection.
Through the use of the forms on this website, when you submit your details, they will be processed and added to a holding mailing list for the Alexander Tredwell job mailer. This is our monthly job newsletter, informing you of our latest jobs.
Your details are NOT added until you give your permission via the email you will receive afterwards. Your details are only added if you grant us permission.
This email is not marketing and we will not pass your details onto any other provider.
You can unsubscribe at any point by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of any of the emails you receive. Once your request has been processed, you will not receive any emails from Alexander Tredwell.
However, if you re-engage with Alexander Tredwell through any means, such as via telephone, email, fax, the website form, mail etc., you will by default be re-engaged with our mailing list and the holding stage.
